Yes. Sending and receiving CO2IN are available to every registered account, verified or not — unlike withdrawal, which requires verification.

Where can I spend CO2IN?

With any merchant in the CO2IN network. The current list is on the merchant map, which is kept up to date as merchants join.

What does paying cost?

0.10% — the lowest of the three fees, and it applies whether you are paying a person or a merchant.

Do I need to top up before I can pay?

Only if you have no CO2IN yet. You can pay with CO2IN however you obtained it — bought, received from someone else, or earned through achievements.
