Achievements¶
Achievements are tasks that earn you free CO2IN. Complete one, claim it, and the reward lands in your wallet. There are 214 CO2IN available in total.
What are achievements?¶
Each achievement has a condition. Meet it, and a CLAIM button appears — pressing it credits the reward to your wallet.
You will find achievements still to complete at the top of the Home screen, and the full list, finished and unfinished, at the bottom of the Calculator screen.
Which achievements are there?¶

How do tiers work?¶
Tiers are stages. Finish everything in one tier and the next becomes available, so achievements arrive gradually rather than all at once.
Tier 1 is where everyone starts: the calculator, your first top-up, your first purchase and your first invite. Later tiers are mostly invites at rising thresholds, plus pay with CO2IN in tier 2.
How much can I earn altogether?¶
214 CO2IN if you complete every achievement.
200 CO2IN of that — the large majority — comes from inviting friends across all four tiers.
How does the carbon calculator achievement work?¶
Complete the carbon calculator survey, at the top of the Calculator screen. It estimates your annual carbon footprint, and finishing it earns 2 CO2IN.
How does the top-up achievement work?¶
Top up at least €100 and claim 5 CO2IN. It is the intended starting point: you need euros in your wallet before you can buy CO2IN at all.
How does the buy achievement work?¶
It completes when the CO2IN you have bought through the app reaches 10 CO2IN in total, across any number of purchases.
Only purchases count. CO2IN earned from achievements or received from other people does not move you towards it.
How does the pay achievement work?¶
Make an outgoing CO2IN payment — to a friend, or at a merchant — and claim 2 CO2IN.
It sits in tier 2, so it appears once you have finished tier 1.
